Short stay surcharge:
We charge a surcharge for a short stay.
Ski passes:
You can purchase a ski pass easily and simply for cash at the reception (same prices as the cable cars)
Reductions for children:

Payment in advance:
To make the reservation binding, we request an advance payment of 150 euros per person within 10 days. To avoid any charges for foreign bank transfer, we request you always quote your Swift Code and Iban. There is also the option of charging the advance payment to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For this we need your card number and the expiry date of your card, as well as the 3-digit security code (on the reverse of the credit card, the last three digits). Handling fees are charged and with this only the amount taken by the credit card company is used as advance payment. Advance payments are retained as cancellation fees.

Payment:
The hotel bill can be paid with cash or cash card. Extras e.g. drinks, telephone only with cash.
Please note: Flat-rate ski passes can only be paid for with cash.
Arrival / departure:
Check-in: from 2 pm - Check-out: until 9.30 am
In the case of early departure or delayed arrival, the price of the room is charged for the days booked in each case (no deductions)
Should your arrival be delayed and you only arrive after 6 pm, we request that you let us know this by telephone.
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. We invoice 40% of the total arrangement price from 3 months up to 1 month before arrival, 70% of the arrangement price up to 1 week before the date of arrival, 90% of the total price in the last week before the date of arrival. Should fewer arrive than the number booked, the full room price will be charged.
Parking:
We provide all our guests with parking spaces at the house itself – these do not have to be reserved.
Summer: In the summer use of the sauna is not included.
